A research says that if an employee is able to manage first 8 months in the organization then he is likely to stay in that organization for more than a year. Job satisfaction is required to stay in the organization for a longer period of time. However after 15 months onwards these problems arise where the employee feels that there is an stagnancy in the profile and most of the time people do not want to come out of their comfort zone so to take up new job .
