Inter caste marriage or inter religion marriage is where couples wanted to go for the inter caste marriage but due to the family or societal pressure they hesitate to take it forward. People should understand that marriage is between 2 individuals who wanted to take their relationship at a next level. A neutral approach is to be followed seeing the viability of this relationship.
